You need to call the HD Museum, not the factory. Not sure why, but that is who you call. If you get someone useless, call back later in the day. I have been successful getting lots of info from them.
That said, 1999 Dyna's and Touring bikes went twin cam, 2000 the softails got the counter balanced twin cams. Not sure when the last of the reboot FXR's came out, they might be the last of the Evo's but I do not remember. So ignoring Sportsters and reissued FXRs, a Softail should be the last Evo.
