You sure its the tire and not your neck bearings? I've also heard that worn motor mounts can cause a bike to weave like that.

These rubber mounted bikes are known for being loose. Replacing the cleave blocks in the swing arm and new rubber mounts will tighten it back up.
There's also an aftermarket brace that connects the drivetrain to the frame to tighten it up.

Neck bearings are good.... motor mounts seem okay. If you push sideways on the rear you can see the side wall of the tyre flexing.

Shinko, same as the one he has now...but worse, wobbled like it had no sidewalls, which for all practical purposes was exactly what was wrong with it....might as well have been a balloon! Nearly spat him off in heavy traffic..
I remember him sending me a video of the tyre distorting as it sat on the kickstand.
My Bridgestones are like hewn rock in comparison...and in NZ, Shinko are no longer a cheap tyre.
