Sorry to hear of the bent rotor. I was thinking this is what it could be.

Glad you solved it,
Tom

Not fixed yet but I'm pretty sure that's it, thanks.
Off to the dealer again tomorrow.
The bent rotor is my fault I changed the tire.
I'm pretty sure this is a lesson i only need to learn once.

I have found that elevating the caliper well above the MC allows all the air to be pushed to the bleeder.. When I compress the brake lever I put a bungee around it to keep it against the grip and then pop the bleeder that's on the caliper sitting on the shelf above the master cylinder. Then close the bleeder and then release the lever and repeat till I get a firm lever... Just make sure you put at least a quarter inch flat steel bar in between the pads...

I've got a badly bent disc, hope to get a new one tomorrow and I think that should fix the problem.
Thanks to everyone for the advice, that's what i like most about this forum, all the helpful people.
Thanks again.
Just out of interest, how much is the disc bent by?

No idea, a lot, easily visible by eye.
I removed calipers, spun wheel , and there it was.

All fixed, thank you everyone for all the advice.
Don't know how long it would have taken me by myself to figure out a bent disc was the problem.
