Engine Oil Disappearing

Sad part is all the paper trail the bike has then it oddly just ended in 2012 and the bike hardly ridden more than 50-100 miles a year. He got a newer bike and this became his weekend cabin bike. But when I got it, it was just "too clean" if you know what I mean. When I tore it down finding loose bolts and some questionable things it was becoming more and more apparent someone had been in there and having to go 30 over woof. But I know it will be right now. As. Estas I can make it anyway.
As far as exhaust. The Supertrapps are out and S&S 4" Slash Cuts are going on.

My old man picked up the parts and I'll have them tomorrow. Even pulled the cover off the bike tonight. Going to be a fun weekend. Taking my time and doing things right.

Also he supplied thia version of the 2000 vs the one on the cone. I did get the timing cup from Hammer as well. Dan's custom push rods are a thing of beauty. Nothing to adjust. Just install them in the correct spot and go. All cometic gaskets sent. And I have my oem umbrellas I got when this thing started off simple then went bananas.
S&S tappets are crazy heavy vs the stocks.
I'm at a point now where it's just another $400 for the upgraded oil pump. I'm ready well over budget but still have my second windfall acct for project 2 lol. Gone this far right?
Dropping the cam off tomorrow to have the gear pressed off. And pick up my exhaust.
I just have to remember to sleep these next few nights.
Tbe head work is amazing, just have to clean the heads back up and clean all tbr cosmolime off tbr new cam. Get a bottle of Permatex Assembly slickum.
