How confident are you or Spanner that this will fix the issue?

If you could esplain this I would really appreciate it.

The horn is powered by the accessory circuit.

I've done the LED swap on my '92 and turn signals need the load equalizer. The horn I believe is a different issue, probably a bad ground or broken wire. could be at the horn or the button. Did you check continuity at the button (when pressed)?

I got 12v at the horn. I did get the horn to lightly chirp for a split second. Ill check into it once everything else is is squared away.

Did you direct wire the horn to the battery to verify the horn itself is not the issue?

This would be the most important first step, horns get full of bugs and rust and die easily.

My load balancer shipped June 29, yet doesn't even show being picked up by post office yet....

Can someone link me up with the correct puller needed to remove the clutch assembly? My primary has began to drip, will be replacing the inner and outer primary gaskets and do fluid changes.

No puller is needed to pull a clutch from a splined shaft.

What you do need is a service manual.
