What is this unplugged back side rear jug?

Its the boot from the bottom solenoid lug to the motor that is twisted/not in the correct position.
The weep channel in it should be pointed downward, with the boot rotated counter clock wise 90* so the channel is downward.
If the bike starts, then wire to solenoid lug is fine, but boot just not in the correct position. You may be able to spin the boot to snap it into the correction position on the solenoid lug stand off clip, or may have to pull the starter to get the boot into the correct orientation instead.
Here is the wire boot in the correct orientation on the lug stand off clip.

I actually was not talking about that part. But it’s funny I looked at it thought odd and pulled it up and not will spin around but I put it back way it was siting. I was not sure how it went. I would have to see one on correctly. That’s something else to fix.
