Thanks, only reason I asked is on Wix Cross reference they list 57348 and 57148.

What's weird is that Wix's site lists the 57348 for 1996 Heritage Classic, but the 51215 for the Fat Boy?

According to MoCo, they redesigned the drain back and bypass on the TC filter 10-12 years back so it can be used on Evos also.

Obviously HD doesn't make their own filters so I reckon if you run aftermarket, go with manufactures specs or use the 63798-99A if you wanna use HD brand.

I use the wix 51348 which I believe crosses for the toyota filter. The 51348 has the larger micron rating (compared to the twinkie filter but the correct micron rating for the evo). Used it for years. Easy to get at auto chain stores. It is a little smaller in size than the stock filter for the dyna, but I am good with that. YD

I’ve been using a motorcraft 910s oil filter and sometimes the Toyota oil filter.....no ill effects with either.

Run the best, forget the rest, and it matches all shades of blue.
