It's been a while.
I know it's been a while. Real life threw me some curves but I finally got back to tinkering with this bike. The module I posted earlier is wired in and working. It's pretty neat so far. Hold the buttons for 1 flash and the lights blink 7 times or so. Great for switching lanes on the highway. Hold the button in for two flashes and they blink 15 ish times. Great for when you are coming up on a turn. Hold the button for 3 flashes and they go for 45 blinks or so. Nice when coming to a stop street / light and turning. Definitely not the best but is a whole world better than holding the buttons in. It also has the hazard function and plays nice with LED lights.

Or the wires were completely removed from the multi pin connector in the main wiring harness.
My guess would be the multi pin connector in the main wiring harness closest to the actual turn signals be it the front or rear.
a little more detective work with a meter and the schematics will be required if that was the case

When I removed my rear signals, I I removed the wires also.
