Default TWISTED 12mm RED SPARK PLUG WIRES

Wanting the most I can get out of my S&S 111, I just dropped the 68 bucks and got'em on the way!
Will I like them? Waste of money? I wanna hit this next riding season with both barrels blazing!

Depending on what ignition you use will dictate the wire type. I think your throwing you money way.. An 8.8 mm Graphite core wire is most widely used on all Evo's. Stay away from Stainless steel cores with electronic ignition, too much High frequency interference..
Just make sure they are compatible with your ignition...

Not stainless steel core. Wasn't sure but just check into it. I will come back here with my review on them soon.

Have a friend who was a 91B in Nam. An old pos USO bus came thru, wouldn't half run in all the humidity and everything he had was shielded/threaded military wires. He used coat hangers run thru surgical tubing from the medics supply for spark plug wires. Worked just fine....

Yeah, thanks it was the reason I bought the bike. Engine needs all it's ducks in a row to reliably fire up, been a pain in the *** actually but I think i've got it all worked out.

What kind of starting problems, kickback? mine would make you grit your teeth when it kicked back, until I figured out what main the culprit was.

Mine was having a hell of a time starting most the time but then would be fine the rest of the day.
Hated cold starts and only had a couple shots at it firing up. Charge the battery back up waiting
    and hoping.
Was hard on batteries, like 3, maybe 4 now (4 years) and on the third starter. Just dropped
the 500 bucks on the great reviewed high output All ***** Starter and another fresh battery.
Doing better now, lot better and hoping the plug wires help. It's been like the compression
release was not working but they were.
