Evo CV carb question

Couldn’t do more with that part because of the cold weather here so got some other stuff straightened up like wiring etc. Planning to play with carb in the next couple weeks. It just seemed like it needed that extra air to run.

I found another thread about this. It said the lower port is for California compliant carbon canister. I guess I've been sucking air in that line for 20 years. I plugged it and when my choke cable gets here I'll try it out.
