I am. No idea on my fuel mileage as it is a motorcycle and I don't care. If I had to guess maybe 35 on my v111 and 40 on my Twincam Dyna. Both with built motors
FWIW, I had thunderheaders on my bike running a Wood CV40 and was getting in the low-mid 40's. Swapped them to Supertrapps and Hp stayed the same and dropped the Tq a few points to be quieter. Mileage did seem to go up a little to hig 40's - low 50's mostly on backroads.
I do like the way they sound and would love to have one cut open to see exactly how the baffle is made. But for the money of even a beat up used one, that ain't happening...
I'm also thinking about a thunderheader for my evo heritage, because I can't give a decent set of performance slip on mufflers to fit.... Don't know if I can justify the cost though.
I just got a Thunderheader on my 1991 FXR. Well worth the cash. Sounds way better than previous exhaust and seems to perform better as well. I got the bracket from Ramjet Racing as well.

Not many, except Custom Made, will outperform a Thunderheader..
I would like to see a picture of the "new" rear mounting system, as that was a bad design early on for the FXR

Not cheap but I like the peace of mind knowing that it isn’t gonna snap
