19" wheel on a fender for a 21" wheel is going to look like a dirt bike, too much space between the rubber and fender. Just sayin', been there, seen it, didn't like it.

So when do you want to forward me your 21"er... Or I can purchase a 110/90-19 tire that has a diameter of 26.79" which will fit ok... Won't be the best but nothing like my 130/60-19 which is only 25.14"

FX non-springer softails with the 21" front wheel had 2 degree raked trees factory...

That would make sense because I believe the trail at that point would be close to 7" with out the added 2* rake.. not only that on my friends 07 FXSTC, he claims they have a 3* rake in the trees.. I have seen them and they definitely are not 0* but I think that's attributed to the fact that the offset is like 1.35". Unlike the standard out there that it's 2.45"..

I don't know Hotrod, never put a wideglide front end on a fatboy, I put a wideglide front end on my 78 FXS, mainly because a buddy of mine had a old lowrider with a wideglide front end and I thought to looked so cool, so I guess you could say I copied him. I got a hold of a 82 wideglide front end, 21" tire, rotor, brake caliper and just stuck it on. I didn't check rake, trail or anything, not the right way of doing it! lol, got on it and road it and It handles great, and I know purist will say I messed up the handling of the bike, but come on look at the looks

Okay, new front end came Saturday.. Took me awhile and a little finagling but I got it on.. Not super pleased with it because of the install but for the price it works great and doesn't look that bad either.. Got a couple issues I need to look into... One is, I need to rebuild my caliper I think it's hanging up a little bit.. The other is it's banging pretty hard over bumps.. The nice thing is I was able to use my original rim and my Fatboy fender.. It bolted up beautifully, I was surprised. I did try the wide glide fender that I purchased and like Architect said, it's going to look like a dirt bike and it did so I didn't even bother... Six of us went out for a 70 mile ride today.. It was pretty damn nice out and we had a really good time. I love the way that the bike handles in the twisties.. It actually dives into the corners better if you can believe that but because of the extended rake it is a little slower but it feels great and the stance is nice too.. It's 2 inches taller and that's with my original rim and tire.. Imagine if I went with a 21 inch rim, it would probably look a little rediculous... Anyways, I like it my, wife likes it and it rides really nice... I'm happy...

Having problems uploading pictures right now.. I'll try to get one later..
