1987 Electra glide classic ape hangers
Hey guys i Was looking to put a set of ape hangers on my bike. I know they sell kits for earlier model Harley’s. Does anybody know any websites that sell ape hanger “kits”? Usually the include everything brake like, clutch cable, wiring and you just have to get the bars. I’m having trouble tracking down all the necessary parts. Or even the right fit bars for that matter.
Thanks

Don't know if there are any companies selling turnkey kits on that. Kind of doubt it. The odd-ball connectors on these old bikes and all...
When I did mine (on a 1990), I bought everything separately. Wild1 bars, Russell brake line components, Barnett clutch cable. Don't recall what brand of throttle cables I got, but it was probably Barnett also.
I ran internal wiring, so I cut/spliced/soldered extensions to my existing wiring, ultimately retaining the stock connectors at the ends.

Popular company for kits, didn't see anything for a 87 but might the same system as the 90
