And get a pint of rusty water out of the hub. And that ain't all..

An absolutely destroyed bearing.
This my friends is why you don't run a pressure washer over your wheel seals.

Didn't think you did as you've only got about 1k on the bike but it was a great pictorial on why not to do it!!!!

Yep, don't know how it was still turning. As I have NO luck, I put it to divine intervention.

I'd say you're lucky as hell not to destroy the wheel by riding it as far as you did on a bad bearing.

Next time no need to make parts for bearing races...i even own the puller to do them and weld flat washers in races as the heat lets them slid out 1 little tap....Flat washer and 2 mins later driving new bearing races in after in the freezer..... Done them at a gas station one time. Lol. Also bearing are only 18 bucks for both at tractor supply. Just trailer axle bearings...even number is the same. Same with neck bearings. The added bonus of using a flat washer? Weld and ild car headbolt in to center...go over to grinder.......grind 3-5 thou off of bearing race and bingo nice race driver. They go in about 2 hits when u freeze them for a short time.. Lol
