Looks like an old Rivera Primo. With an 11mm belt.. should be able to find your belt... What are you going to need for the rest of it..? I don't think they're in business any more..
It's a 11mm with idler for the FXR / FLT ( important distinction ) which means a shorter belt, I run a similar BDL system in my shovel. As to why it's leaking check the lines to make sure they have all been disconnected and you motor shaft seal isn't leaking.
Hum ... motor shaft seal, that was my first thought. What is he hole by the Phillips head screw, does it need to be plugged or left alone, it’s does have some blue silicone around the hole like something was glued in there.

Look on the back side of the inner primary, in a dry primary the hose that would go to that hole should have removed, it's the where the crankcase breather vents into the primary blowing oil on the chain. Belt that shouldn't be there.
Most likely the hole is from the chain oiler. It's definitely not for a mid control shifter.... Make sure the hose is removed from the back side of the inner primary and the oil pump is plugged. I do not have a diagram or pic of the older oil pump with chain oilers. Twisted is more familiar with that than I am.. As for trying to locate a leak else where I would ride it as is. Take it around the block a few times. I don't think it'll be an issue... If necessary Rubber band your pant leg and boot laces if you e worried..b but you should be ok... After a few laps see if it's leaking some where... As for cranking slowly when you say the battery is hot, I think you should do a compression test.. does it crank ok cold?
Are you talking a plug? If so all you need is a good tap the same size of the plug... You might have to drill it first then tap it... never did one.. maybe twisted will chime in..
