I hope it is not from the era in Japan where all the manufacturers bought cheap capacitors from China. They all went bad. Or not all, but the failure rate was very high. On the bright side, though, a cottage industry sprung up in replacing the capacitors in Japanese automotive ECU's. So, all good.
