You're either looking for secondhand, for a thirty two years old bike, or new! Alternatively Corbin and Mustang both make seats for our bikes (possibly others), so take a look at what they make. The stock seat on my 1990 bike, bought new, didn't stand up very well to use, so I would be surprised, if yours is original, will be worth modifying. I bought a new Corbin and binned my original seat, the base had cracked up and the cushion was not much good anyway.

I'm assuming you want narrow in driver seat, so you can get more flat-footed on the bike. Don't know.
It's pretty easy just to pull off the stables;unhook the top pillow button; pull over and back on the seat cover enough to expose what you need; then just shave the sides off using a bread knife. It's an old seat. whatya got to lose? Wrap the cover back over and re-staple.
Worse case, you can have a seat make put new seat cushion shaped the way you like, and then wrap with your original cover. Cheapest route. Good luck.
