Default From one big a$$ to another! Seats!

I have a 1995 Heritage Softail Classic that needs a new seat for the wife and I. I'm 6'1" and 300lbs. Any like body guys out there with the most comfortable seat. What is it?

A lot of people like Mustang seats. I bought one and returned it immediately for several reasons, not the least of which was that was very hard.

With your excessive weight, it might be perfect for you.

Not many seat brands still list Evo seats, but both Mustang and Corbin both do. As for comfort you may have to consider buying a secondhand seat, such as either of those two, then getting it customised for you. The stock Harley seat bases from that era are not very robust, in contrast with the Corbin we currently have.

It might be cheaper to bring it to an upholster and have them redo your original seat with a gel memory foam....

You sent it back too fast.
Once you break it in it is very comfortable.

I've been very happy with my Mustang seat since I broke it in.

The Mustang Wide Touring Vintage Solo with Backrest is a really comfortable seat. A heck of a lot more comfortable than the FatBoy seat that was on my Heritage.

I’m 5’10” and 285. I got the Mustang wide vintage seat and it is fantastic. Like some say it was a little hard at first but my fat but broke it in after a couple weeks and 800mi. I can’t recommend it enough. You will love it.

Excessive weight!? I'm curved for her comfort! Thanks for the input.

Thanks for all the replies. I've decided that the mustang vintage seat may be the way for me. But I found a guy who said he can redo the seat I have into a mustang seat, with a gel insert like saddlemens. For $250. Thanks for all your help guys.
