Front fork bushings

Front fork bushings
first I want to thank all of you for the help on my carb and tripmeter. I've got a new problem/question I know you can help me with.
I have pretty oxidized and down right shitty looking from fork tubes. I have an 89 fxstc with stock forks.
so I have the service manual cracked open and all it well. I'm pretty confident. Then I get the lower separated from the tube. That's where I need the help. I get them apart and low and behold there are 3 bushings in there. 2 tube bushings and 1 slider bushing. 1 each here I expected them and after about 10 minutes for letting the tube sit upside down, the 2nd tube bushing in there. Now I highly doubt the manual is wrong, so was the previous owner lazy and left it, or is there a "trick of the trade" that I don't know about?

Amy shows us that even a girly can strip and rebuild fork tubes in her videos! Go to HDF sponsor Motorcycle Metal's website and scroll down a little. Shows all you should find.
