At a guess there is something wrong with your rings or your jug allowing oil to pass into the combustion chamber.

White smoke at start up and going away after your bike is warmed up is an indication that your cylinder is out of round.

Time to grab some wrenches and find out what's happening.

I always thought blue smoke on start up was caused by oil in the cylinder and water in the combustion chamber causes white smoke.

That would be that would be correct unless you're color blind. But then again you still have a problem....

Rich fuel is black, blue is oil, white is water most likely from condensation in the exhaust
system drying out. Oil smoke on start up or on accelerating after hard decel( such as exiting a freeway ramp indicates bad valve seals or guides

If oil level is over filled can’t that also cause a puff on start up from the breather when vented into air filter??

Pull the plugs and read them,if smoke goes away after start, sign of valve seal/guide. Do a compression test, have a Twinkie manual ??
