Default Couple questions efi to super e

Hi everyone I am working on getting rid of my mm efi and have a few questions I could not find searching, does any one have an idea where to start with jetting on the super e ? It's a stage 2 road king with true duals and slipons with thunder torque inserts for back pressure. I just need a starting point so I can get it to the tuner.

For those of you who have modified and efi tank for carb suggestions on the best tool to use for material removal inside? Any tips or trick in general.

Ps if anyone wants a stage 2 mm efi setup pm me

Thanks wayne

Define Stage 2... Cam? Assuming heads and pistons are stock you only upgraded Carb and exhaust? 70/.028". Did you change the cup for the Cam position Sensor? EFI and Carbureted are different....

On the tank mod, I used a drill bit from the outside (9/16 I think) and it got the smaller part of the hard fuel line out. I just left the stubs in there, No way of getting my hands in the tank, let alone with any kind of tool to cut them lower. BE CAREFUL when you are drilling that you don't nick the threads. The Pingel kit screws into them

Fixed it for you.

FWIW I run 0.072 and 0.0295 jets in mine.

I have learned that the tighter the squish with higher compression you do not need to run larger jet sizes... So a stock motor would actually run larger Jets (more fuel) ...

Sometimes I only indicate the whole number that is stamped on the jet... Call it laziness I guess... But Thanx T....

It has a cam that was part of the stage2 po had it done when he bought it but since the cam is so old no one can give me a definite model on the cam. As for the ignition I am just using a dyna s dual fire I already have on the shelf, is that a bad choice? They have worked great for me in other bikes before. THC what all is done to yours? That sounds about right to me.
Flhchaz does your reserve work or does the piece from the line stick up too high?
Thanks for the help

When I first started running those jets all I had was a stage II, exhaust, air , and cam upgrade.

I had mine dynoed with a stage II and those jets and the AFR was perfect.
FWIW the hotter the climate the richer you want to run due to the cooling effect of running slightly rich.
According to the people who move here it gets HOT in the summer...
I consider it pleasantly warm!!!!
