Cam question
#14
It's both that it happened too, The first picture is the front piston and the second is the rear.
I am having him put an S & S oil pump in it and changing the lifters out while doing a cam and Torrington bearing, since there is a lifter tick and it has gotten louder.
I asked about the cam and he recommended a 510 but I told him I was recommended the EV27 what's the difference?

EV27 cam
The ev27 will come on a little sooner than the 510. The 510 cam is a midrange to upper end of the rpm zone and does like a little more compression... Stick with the 27 unless your laid back kinda just a cruiser guy then the ev13 would be a very good choice as well....
