Default 94 fltcu fairing shake

hey folks
just picked up a 94 fltcu
i am getting a lot of vibration and noise from the front fairing
everything seems tight up front when im parked looking it over but going down the road i get noise and the whole radio console
has anyone else had issues with this? is there a fix for it ?

Yes. There are 4 mounting brackets that often break in the fairing. Probably one or more of those.

Alloy art makes some nice one but there pricy.find them on e-bay for alot less.

If you don't have one, do get yourself the FSM, as getting into the batwing can be a challenge! Best to understand what you're letting yourself in for, before diving in.....

luckily i work for harley as a service writer so i have access to all that without soending 65 bucks on a service manual

So, as a service writer you don't have to diagnose a problem, just let a tech figure it out?
