All that will be in your Factory Service Manual.

Shock bolts should be 40 ft/lbs, just did my '98 yesterday.

Can't remember the A/C.

Air cleaner is:

3 captive screws (backing plate)- 3-5 ft/lbs (4-7 Nm)

2 cylinder head socket screws (for the breather tube) 10-12 ft/lbs (14-16 Nm)

A/C cover screws 3-5 ft/lbs (4-7 Nm)

Shocks are - Upper bolts 33-35 ft/lbs (45-48 Nm)
Lower bolts 35-40 ft/lbs (47-54 Nm)

This is out of my '98 manual, can't imagine yours being different.
