60630-90 vs 60630-94 inner primaries
I found out my inner primary is cracked
Does anyone know what the differences for 60630-90 vs 60630-94 are?
I found a new delkron inner on craigslist for a pretty good price. The guy doesn't seem too sure which model it is. D5000 or D5015. 5000 is for 90-93 and 5015 is for 94-06.
I was just wondering if anyone knew what to look for on the inner primary itself to try and identify which one it might be.
Thanks.

If not weld....try JB Weld. That stuff is industrial strength epoxy and I'm sure it would more than hold it together and seal it up. It's pretty incredible. I've used this on a Ford diesel oil pan that was porous. Worked well. If you have a stress crack, you might want to stop-drill the end of the crack with a real tiny drill bit to keep it from spreading first.

The large primary gasket numbers are different so I'm gonna guess the bolt pattern is slightly different but I can't tell from the pictures I could find.
FWIW I found the D5015 at Walmart.com!!!!

If they add an "alpha" character to the part number that indicates a revision that is backward compatible. For example 65082-79A supersedes 65082-79, but fits the same application. If the "year" suffix changes (XXXXX-94 versus XXX-90), that indicates a major revision and may not be backward compatible.
