Yeah, it's blue. "The word on the street" is that it is a private label Kendal wheel bearing grease. Works much better than anything else in my personal experience and that of the indy shop I used to go to that turned into a dealership.
I've used Kendall "Super Blu" grease for over 30 years. It's good stuff
