Oetiker clamps. Search Amazon and get a sack of 13.8 and a sack of 17.0 and you'll be equipped for whatever your Harley needs. The proper tool is essential, but your local parts store will carry one that they call a CV boot clamp tool. It will work just fine.

That is funny. This is exactly what I removed, thinking it was inferior to the threaded hose clamp I replaced it with.

But it does seem to ooze less with the traditional threaded hose clamp so perhaps I need to replace the hose.

If you had oozing, weeping, whatever, it wasn't because of the Oetiker clamps. Probably a small crack in the hose.

Thanks, I will replace the hose and put the Oetiker clamps on.

I run a SS braided crossover hose and it does not leak.
