What's the actual voltage across the battery when the turn signals are not working? Is there any AC component to the charging system? That is, put your DVM on "AC" and measure across the battery. Next, with the meter back at DC volts, put red jammed in the back of the plug for pin 1 on that box and black at the battery negative. Read any voltage at idle (working)? Read any revved up (not working?)

Last resort: Doesn't Texas not require turn signals? Take the damn things off. Done.

Just for my curiosity and Pin 1 being the ground at the TSM

Something inducing voltage to the ckt???

If the ground is bad, dirty, etc., then when you check for a voltage at pin 1 to the actual ground, you will get a reading. If the ground is good, you should get 0V.

The law in Texas is if the bike has them then they have to work.
I will figure this thing out even if I have to replace the entire wiring harness!!!

Hey T, is there a way you can hook me up with a wiring schematic so I can look deeper into it. I don't mind helping but without a schematic it gets tough. And you canceler is different than mine so I'm sure the wiring is also....

Are the other components that are on the accessory circuit working properly when the turn signals malfunction (horn, stop lamp)?

PROGRESS!!!!

While messing with the connector on the TSM I found that touching the wires under the ignition switch messed with the turn signals!!!!
I played with the wires some more and now the problem occurs all the time.
The turn signals are now putting out dot dot dash repeating with the bike off.
