Figured I would share my experience so anyone else considering them doesn't waste their time. Have been trying to get a Bagger Brace from Bitchin Baggers since early October. I went to order it online, but my internet browser flagged the site as not being secure, so I called to place my order. I was told they were anodizing a new batch and would send me one ASAP. I gave my credit card info and didn't think twice about it. Well, a month went by and no word on shipment, so I called again. They said they were working on it and would call me when they were ready to ship. Well, fast forward another several weeks, another followup call was placed - as they do have my credit card info...left message and no response. Then a few days later, I see a $283 charge to an AirBnB place pop up on my card. Coincidence? Who knows, but suspicious. Anyway, cancelled the card and figure I will order a True-Track. Disappointing. I really wanted a bagger brace but oh well.

 

I believe AirBnB is what shows up for a CC purchase from them or at least that's what i remember from when i bought one for a 2006 road king that i had in the past. I am not making excuses for them but he makes small batches at a time. He should have communicated better with you for sure. His product is nice....

 

Bagger Brace, along with other brands, only copied True-Track so you have gone to the people who originally put these things in the market-place! Reward the originators, instead of the unimaginative.

You will not go wrong with True-Track they are great people to work with.

 

And I'll add that the trutrack is worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. Look into their bronze swing arm kit as well.

 

Totally agree.!. I ordered the True-Track Swinging Arm stuff +Stabilizer kit on Grahams recommendation a couple or more years ago. Its not cheap but is TOP quality.
Reasonably easy to fit (inc. instructions) and Im delighted with the change.
Its also good to know that its all been done. Bungo
