1992 Custom Softail Aftermarket Frame ?
Picked up a custom softail the other day for free and on the neck tube it has "RE" manufactured on the right side. i know it's not a HD frame but curious who makes this frame and where VIN may be located. any help would be great. thanks in advance, Mike
