Default 91 Electra glide sport engine swap

Hi. I'm new to this forum but not new to motorcycles. I'm trying to get information on a build. So my plan is to try and take a 91 Electra glide sport and replace the 80" engine with a modern 103" engine along with a 6 speed transmission. I'm curious if anyone has done this already and what all you had to do to make the engine and transmission fit. I was told someone from this forum had done this already but I couldn't find the post. If anyone knows of the post, I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance!

I've never heard of this but my guess is it'd be way easier, way cheaper to just buy a S&S or rev tech big inch evo motor to swap in.

I owned a '91 FLHS many moons ago. Being it's a early Evo motor there were quite a few changes made in the frames and mounts since then. I also suspect it would be way simpler to put an S&S etc in it.

Welcome from Texas.
As for the 6 speed you just need to swap out the gear set.
Many people have done this.
As to putting a TC 103" motor into an EVO frame I seem to remember it's possible but you have to get an adapter bracket to do it.
As others have said way easier to get a big inch S&S EVO style motor.
Not to mention that the S&S route would give you a better motor IMO.
