That may be why they moved the reservoir to the handle bars, above the forks.

For us, 10 psi in the front forks and zero in the rear works good for two-up riding. With the bike fully loaded and packed for cross-country 15-20 psi in the front and 3-5 in the rear works good.

If you're not that enamored with the FLHT's handling try riding the bike we had a couple bikes back for awhile - a Honda GL1500. Now that bike was a wallowing pig. We traded that on a GL1800 and it was better but the frame broke on 1800 3 months after we bought it. The big Electra Glide is like a sportbike in comparison, to either of 'em.

Could be. I moved mine back to the crash bar when I went to taller bars on my 94..
