Default 2007 swing arm 1997 electra glide

Got this swap done this winter looks like something is off. The space on the pulley side has a **** hair between the fender and tire the right (brake side) side has 1.1/2 inches.
It rides straight down the road no problems but was so close it Sheard off my L side blinker wiring.
The pulley is perfect in alignment. So I can't just shim the tire over . The brake caliper is also from a 2007 so it connects to the swing arm and the axle. With no wiggle room to shim over. It looks like it is mounted perfect. Any way the swing arm can go in favoring 1 side?

Need to post some pics...should be simple to center the wheel in the frame, and get everything else to line up. I have an 09 up swingarm on my 83 with a 200 tire and mostly factory parts...did require some spacers and machining to make work.

OK lets start on the brake side.

What wheel are you using?

Is the rotor bolted directly to the wheel or is there a spacer?

In your picture the pulley/belt looks crooked...how did you determine it was "perfect in alignment". And you can shim the tire wheel over and use a pulley spacer.

Used a 90 ° carpenter square. You can't scoot to the right without milling the brake caliper amd the caliper notch on the swingarm but that may be just what I will have to do.

About a month ago I put some saddle bags on a '07 Heritage.
His bike was just like what you are describing.
Everything cleared but it was tight as hell on the left side.

The one piece caliper...like you have... is over a 1/4" thicker than the two piece caliper...bolts right on...just need to drill the 25mm hole to 1"...plus it is much easier to install the wheel.
