A piece of all thread that will slide through the hub, double nutted on the bottom with a lock washer in between the double nuts, with a flat washer on top of that. Slide the hub on, then slide on a 3" PVC cap with rectangle windows cut out to allow access to the snap ring and retaining ring with a flat blade. Slide on a flatwasher on top of the PVC cap, then another nut and then compress the spring until you can get the snap ring out. Snap ring on the back side of the hub holds it into the bearing so it's not going anywhere. Snap ring and retaining ring can be put back in by hand... no need for special tools. The only stipulation is that it does require that the whole entire clutch hub comes off.
