Yes that is bright! I was going to order these since they are pretty cheap and
see if I'm happy with them. A friend back east told me about them and he was
happy with how bright they are.

If you can, have him take a video of the running light vs. brake light. In my experience the cheap LED's don't have enough difference between running and brake.

I have a Custom Dynamics LED panel for my Tombstone taillight, Brightass doesn't make one for my taillight. Custom Dynamics is a quality unit. I'd tried cheap led's but you couldn't tell when my brakes were on.
