My mony is still on a leaky plug. You have a completely different set of conditions front cylinder to back. Rear runs hotter, you might have detonation, intake leak causing lean miss fires, timing different.
Change the plugs and see what it. Does.

Yes , replace the plugs and use a dab of dielectric silicone/grease on the porceline
part of the plug to seal the plug to the boot.
If the boot is cracked and is the culprit you can test it by running the motor in the dark and spray a fine mist of water on the plug . If you have a spark leak the arc will show well in the dark , you can spray the plug wires and coil to show leaks there also.

The wires and boots are new. With the engine running, I ran my fingers all around the plugs at the boots with no reaction, I didn't sh(6 myself. LOL. Changing the plugs now, will know in a day or two.

Well, put in a new set of plugs and after 50+ miles, carbon is already coming back. I'm at a lose.......

So, is the carbon trace a definite with the rear cylinder? I think you should start with a compression test. have you done any motor work. If so an exact list of all mods would help to determine where your compression should be. Include motor size and miles...

Well I am not a evo head expert, so I hate throwing this out in fear of crying wolf, but the only two other places that could be are the base of the plug, a bad surface to seal the spark plug, or a cracked head, between the two valves next to the spark plug.

That's exactly why I ask of any mods. I have had cracks between the valve and the plug on both the front and rear head. Probable will need a camera to check the combustion chamber. I know pretty bad to hear but will need to be checked. Sorry...
