LED turn signals work... then don't??
#22
I forget the part number of the Badlands module I used, but my Shovel turns were a push and hold. I wanted to not have to keep my thumb on the button to keep the signal blinking. The Badlands is a click on / click off, but it also has a timer. It blinks 18 times then self cancels. A long traffic light requires bumping the switch more than once to keep it flashing, I can live with that. Your emergency flasher switch will no longer work; you'll activate the hazard blinker by pressing both turns at the same time, like newer bikes.

Just an update for anyone interested or anyone who searches for this topic in the future...
Got the Badlands ats-03 installed yesterday. Very easy wiring and they include all the butt splices and terminals you need. Works great. Push on turn signals stay on for 11 seconds or you can cancel with an addition push of the button. Well worth the money and my led flasher is in the trash!
