Default t-bar recommendation for 1990 FXRS

Bought some Paughco bars (#1205025, http://www.paughco.com/2008-catalog/...20Paughco.html), I had two problems with them.

1) Throttle side was just a tad thicker than the clutch side. New Avon throttle grip would easily fit on left side, but took some effort to slip onto right hand side. And it would not spin easily.
2) These 1 1/4" bars reduced down to 1", but did not leave enough 1" bar for my brake and clutch controls to clamp onto to bar.

Anyone have any recommendations for a t-bar where I can easily bolt on my OE controls?

Wild One makes quality bars as well as a lot of other people. I've read a number of complaints about the Avon grips being too tight on the throttle side.

May I offer this:
6" to "8 risers and a nice broomstick or very minor drag bars in 1". I bought Flanders and they are fantastic, made in the USA too.

Like the idea of a brromstick. Wanted 8-10" risers. Also wanted drilled bars to route wires internally. Did not see that Flanders had pre-drilled bars.

Won't make sense in a broomstick. Think of this: tip to tip, what are we talking about? 33 to 36 inches. 'Tween the risers we're looking at four inches. Each riser to the beginning of the grip we're looking at 7"?? Not sure why you need that drilled. The control wires running up the 10" risers only to disappear for a very few inches, didn't make a lotta sense, imho.

I like the way mine looks but I can't lie and say the wires are hidden. They're there.

Got some LA Choppers T Bars on my Softail Custom fitted with Arlen Ness Fusion Smoothie grips.
Fantastic quality bars, pre drilled for wiring. All switches etc fitted ok. 1.5" down to 1".
