Present tire is MT90B16


Looking online I see 130/90-16 listed as correct tire size.


I'm the first to admit I have never understood tire hieroglyphics , so are those the same size?


I'm going to want a Dunlop Elite 3 to match the new rear already installed.

Same difference Size MT 90 16 same as 130 90 16. Ck the load rating though.
That's what I was told when buying tires a few months ago

John, the tyre designations with an 'M' in them, like MT, seem to be a USA designation, I haven't seen them on other tyres, unless they are aimed at the Harley market. MT is indeed 130/90 x 16, with a load rating of around 73/74. The major tyre brands all make suitable tyres.
