crankcase oil drain on evo?

No, we disassemble the engine and clean all the parts in a parts cleaner, that is the only way to get all the oil out.
Seriously... There will only be a few ounces of oil left in the crankcase after the engine runs long enough to scavenge the oil.

I asked this question awhile back. Was told waste of time. This is what you're looking for and google scavenger and diy scavenger puck and you'll find what you want. But no one here supports it. I wouldn't mind using one right now to flush mine out but I don't have one.

Then you need to strip clean and rebuild it every time you change oil! Alternatively stop worrying about it, drain oil as per the manual, refill ditto and enjoy the ride. If you have only recently bought your bike it has survived this far without any ill effects at all!

A few aftermarket case makers have either a plate or drain plug installed. The hard part about putting one in a stock case is getting in located where it will drain, not hit the flywheel, and not cause the cases to crack. Basically it isn't worth the time. You would still have used oil in the lines, top of the cylinder heads and other areas. People have been doing it the regular way since Harley has been around and no real problems have occurred !!!! Hope this helps.
