40,000 on the bike, and on the 2nd set of brakes. I believe I changed them at around 28,000 miles. I really only needed the front brake changed but I wanted to change both front and rear to the Lyndall Z+ brake pads at the same time. The Lyndall pads work great, dry or wet conditions, and give off very little brake pad dust.
Single front brake and I ride solo about 85% of the time.

Many variables
It all depends on how you ride. Sort of like how long does a rear tire last. I tend to use my front more than my rear, made out of some copper color material, helps to decrease brake squeal and I would say 18-20k front and 25k rear with single floating rotors. Sort of like a car 60/40 front/rear

Speaking of Lyndall pads,
I have two sets of Lyndall gold+ front pads still sealed in packages that I won't be using because I switched to Brembo's.
$50 + shipping or $110 for both including shipping
