Once you get the brand of the kit you can more than likely find a similar belt either from the manufacturer or by tooth pitch and overall tooth count. That will hopefully give you SOME flexibility in choosing a belt material (carbon fiber vs kevlar vs aramid vs rubber).

That being said - I found someone here or on another forum that was looking to solve the cooling problem while keeping debris out and not getting confused with an oiled primary - he used some washers and some slighly longer fasteners to space out the primary cover off the inner primary a bit - that's what I plan to do - it'll keep the majority of dirt and debris out, while still allowing for adequate airflow and cooling, especially while at speed. That way you maintain the stock look till you get closer and can see the difference.

Wow Tharp derby spacer idea is actually very good. I was thinking of adding some type of filter also but l haven’t see anyone else do it so maybe it’s overkill, but still going to do it but with spacer idea nowhave seen ventilated derby plates but they are stupid high in price for heat they are....I’ll make SOMETHING for sure, thanks for the idea it’s a good one

Do the inspection & derby covers not the whole outer cover that will screw with the starter bendix spacing. Or find a set of louvered covers if looks are a thing.

Ah yea only derby cover of course as it was explained by avenger. I’ve seen a few up close that run a belt totally exposed, that would not work with my luck !!!!!!

This bike ALWAYS leaked oil from the primary, with this being a dry system it would seem an oil feed to the primary was not plugged off. Would oil be coming from the hole next to the Phillips head screw ."? Or do I block a line off the oil pump ?
Anyone know what dry clutch system l have ????

Looks like an old Rivera Primo. With an 11mm belt.. should be able to find your belt... What are you going to need for the rest of it..? I don't think they're in business any more..

I don’t know what it needs honestly, ridden mostly lm told. Stop an oil leak, figure out why it barely cranks with a hot battery, the correct throddle cable and tires l guess.
