hey all .. finally got here .. bike is in country and am lookin to go to the rudesheim ride next weekend ..... my question is lookin at the website they are selling tickets ( what are the tickets for? concert , food ????? )

ive been to the ride before i had a bike and could just ride through and walk around

The tickets are for the vendor area and concerts. Lots to do otherwise. Concerts supposed to be good. Multiple stages. The local HOG chapter puts it all together and the money is just to cover their expenses. Hope to see you there.

ah got it ... can you buy the tickets the day of the event ?

either way ill be there ( still with my American Maryland tags on ( afraid to hit the TUV with my current pipes on it ... waiting on stock ones to arrive with my house sold stuff )

I'll get in trouble for saying this. The average rider in Germany is more skillful than we are. This comes from personal observation.

yes you can get tickets the day of the events. I used to be stationed at PAX River. look forward to hopefully meeting up with some other Americans. As far as the Germans riding better, we get our license to crash after 2 training days...they spend €1500 and my wife says when she took it she had to ride 10 hrs in bad weather and night on real roads, not a parking lot of a sunny weekend

omaho5 & german ladyrider DEF agree their better riders .. no questions about that

ladyrider .. ill be there prob fri and sat ... imm pm you with my phone # if you wanna link up and grab a beer ... or if you spot the bike .. it still looks like my signature .. havent gone through TUV yet .. the'll love the V&H pipes there ( just waiting on my household to change to stock and take that adventure again )

My German friend runs a Jekyll and Hyde pipe. Apparently you can adjust the baffles with a button on the bars?
