What do you mean, breath analyzer. If you mean for alcohol don't the police have them, or am I thinking wrong.

No, you are not thinking wrong. Of course police has breath analyser when they stop you for control.

But normally, since 1st of july last year you were supposed to have a mobile breath analyser in your car or on your bike so you could "test yourself" before starting to drive.

As most of these bloody things don't work or have to be changed frequently, this is no more necessary
