Default Help with motor rebuild

Well a bearing let go andtore up my motor so I have to get it rebuilt. Do you guys have any advice on things i should get done while they are in there? My father in law was talking about a gear drive cam kit but I dont know much about this motor thing. Thanks for the help!!

What are you working on?

Is the motor being completely tore down including splitting the cases? I hope it is!

Give a little more info on bike and damage, we can spend a lot of money for you!

What year bike?
What motor?
Is it all stock now?
Do you want to build a nice big bore or put cams in a fresh rebuild and call it a day?

It's a 2010 stock 103 and I was just thinking about cam and maybe heads

And maybe bump the compression up to 10-1, something like woods TW555 cams. should run nice.

Looks like you have those short style exhaust? those don't help the bottom end power.

What bearing failed?

Have you considered Timken bearing conversion with balance and welded crank. ultimate durability.
