Default help! No oil pressure!!

I just installed a set of cams in my Road King. And know after completing the install, I don't have any oil pressure. No oil in the oil filter, so I filled it with oil and reinstalled. Nothing. Tried pooring oil into the lifter blocks and still nothing. Oil tank is full, but the pump won't pump. I talked to a tech at a local shop and he thinks the bike is hydrolocked. Any body have a way to get the air out of the pump? Or any idea as to what is going. Thanks in advance!

Also need to check the o-rings in the oil passages. You may have buggered one up during install.

Thanks for the advise guys. Took everything apart, and I made mistake installing the oil pump. Put the wavey in out of order. Reinstalled everything and re-aligned the pump. Built pressure within 3 seconds this time around. Thanks for the help!
