Default Tried NGK plugs - your favorite?

When I first got my bike I picked up some NGK Iridium plugs as the ones in it were fouled (90 EVO). I put in the NGKs and it ran great. Had a friend who is a long-time HD owner say I was blowing it and needed to put in HD plugs. After a month or so I stopped by the dealer and picked up a set. Swapped them out and have to say, I was totally unimpressed. Didn't run any cooler, was harder to start, and performance in hard acceleration seemed a little duller. Put the NGKs back in and it perked back up. Now I'm trying to get my friend to give them a try.

Anyone else running these with the same results? Any other plugs you love?

For the money, I'd stick with the NGK Iridium plugs. A lot of guys will say "why waste your money?", but I figure $20 or so, over how many miles, amounts to peanuts per 1000 miles. It's a Harley, so why cheap-out on it?

I use NGK Iridiums in my Esprit Turbo. They are said to fire better in extreme conditions like on a boosted motor or one with high compressoin. I fortunately only need 4 and they last a while.

I generally use NGK plugs in everything, but I tend to stick with Genuine HD for the bikes. I'm not sure whats in them now. Probably NGK in one and HD in the other.

We use NGK Iridium in everything unless the customer wants something different. Never had any complaints.

I've two (2) Shovels, and run Cheapie Champions in both. $1.29 and there is not a better plug I have tried, and I have tried many.

Default Ngk

Did not know that this was a secret.
We have sold NOTHING but NGK plugs for almost 20 years now.
Iridiums, standard, many heat ranges, for all models (Harley) and BR9ES's for the snowmobile crowd.
