Default Breather Assembly

Hello.
I want to install on twin cam 88 a new breather assembly (17025-03A). Is there supposed to be a gasket between the breather assembly and the rocker arm? Or if the part is new, the gasket is not inserted?
Thanks.

There's a gasket between the breather assembly and the rocker arm support plate it bolts too, yes. The rocker arm itself has no contact with it.
