The 99-2002 cases need clearancing for higher lift cams. IIRC the 03 ups don't have this issue.

Add a drain plug to the crankcase.. Also sharpen the scraper a little.

1. Check to make sure the cylinder deck is flat.
2, Bore out the center case so a special one can be used.

1. Setup fixture for boring cases
2. Use level to get close
3. Finish with indicator.

Bored the cases per SnS 124 instructions. That way, they will work for a 107/117/124 with a crank / cylinder / piston change. Process was recommended by Don Dorfman.

It will probably be while before any more work shown. I need to sleeve another cylinder and finish boring the cases. Most of that has been shown.

Decided to make a new cross bolt. The original was 0.250 in the middle for a 4 inch cylinder and would have had to knock it down to about 0.220. It was easier to cut flats and market the proper position to keep more of the bolt intact.
