Default Hydraulic cam chanin tensioners

Hello All,
For those of you with TC engines (any displacement), that have converted to hydraulic cam chain tensioners or purchased a bike with stock hydraulic cam chain tensioners, how much mileage are you getting before having to change out the pads?
Thanks for the input!

I had 23k on my OE 2011 when I replaced them while doing cams. Very little wear.
